My name is Naomi Pierce. I am a psychology PhD researcher in the Department of Psychology at Birmingham City University. As part of my research, I am carrying out a study to examine peer groups and sexual behaviour in men who have sex with men. I would like to invite you to participate in this research if you identify as a man who has sex with men. It is up to you to decide whether or not to take part.
The research will be subject to ethical guidelines outlined by Birmingham City University Research Ethics Committee and the British Psychological Society. This means that if you decide to participate you will remain anonymous. You will have the right to withdraw from the study at any stage up to 30th June 2017, without having to provide a reason.
